Arkansas Total Care provider webinars are designed to offer our providers and their office staff the opportunity to learn from subject matter experts and ask questions about current topics and best practices. Registration is free and each webinar will be one hour in length.

New Provider Orientation

October 8, 2026 — 10 a.m. CT

Summary: This course will provide a virtual orientation for any new and existing providers. Topics include an overview of Arkansas Total Care, provider participation responsibilities, prior authorization guidelines, claims submission and billing tips, web tools, important contact information, and much more.
