Arkansas Total Care invites supportive living providers to join a live town hall and Q&A session focused on ARTC.CC.20 Supportive Living Criteria Policy effective August 1, 2026.
This interactive session is designed to provide an overview of the policy changes, answer provider questions, and offer clarification on implementation expectations. Providers will have opportunities to participate by:
- Asking questions live during the session by coming off mute
- Submitting written questions using the built-in Q&A feature
- Engaging directly with representatives from our Care Coordination and Provider Relations teams
Policy Update Town Hall With Q&A
When: July 23, 2026 — 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. CT
Summary: Join Arkansas Total Care’s Care Coordination and Provider Relations teams for a live discussion regarding ARTC.CC.20 Supportive Living Criteria Policy Updates that will become effective August 1, 2026. This session will provide an overview of the changes, address common questions, and give providers the opportunity to receive real-time answers from subject matter experts.
We encourage providers to submit questions using the Q&A feature during the event. Providers who would like to ask questions verbally will also be able to come off mute during designated Q&A periods.
