Our Cultural Competency Training video is live online!

At Arkansas Total Care, we want to support you, our providers, as you provide the highest level of care to our members. This includes providing provider webinars and training videos to help you stay up to date on plan information, as well as meet your annual training requirements.

In an effort to make these trainings more accessible and user-friendly, Arkansas Total Care now hosts a Self-Led Cultural Competency training on our website. This is an annual required training that provides an overview of Cultural Competency. This training can be completed at any time of day for your convenience. You can find this self-led course on our Provider Training page. Once you have completed the video, you can submit the Cultural Competency Training Attestation Form.
